There are diverse habits regarding the composition of food. The human organism is able to meet its need of carbohydrates, fat and protein from a variety of sources. Some people mainly live of food from animal sources. Others exclusively feed on plants and vegetarian products. Nutritional physiologists recommend to eat twice as much vegetables and wholemeal products as meat. The offer of dishes should correspond to this variety. It is optimal if on the one hand the menue has mainly vegetarian dishes and on the other hand each single dish has more vegetables than meat. Furthermore, the vegetable could profit from increased awareness regarding it´s preparation (boil shortly, season well, serve delectably).

Please pay attention to the menue: Are there mainly dishes with meat or without meat? Furthermore, please assess whether the dish you ate had sufficient amounts of vegetables, wholemeal products, salad, fruit (more than meat). Were they deliciously presented?

If there is a discrepancy between the menue assessment and the assessment of your meal, please make an average.
